Dear Casa y mas team, in all the current turbulences I've taken the time to write a few lines to your work. We met in June 2009 because I needed a new property manager for two major resort properties at the end of the year. I have warned you that this project will not be easy but you did like to accept the challenge anyway. My "gut instinct" told me told me that, out of all those candidates, you are the right ones. "Pseudo-managers" are all over the island – but in the context of a working vacation rentals (officially licensed) in my opinion that does not work. Where are we today: - The real estates left the mass of the "maintenance backlog" behind. With much effort and commitment (and money), but with very good success. - We did not have to buy everything "new" and with concrete proposals you knew “how to do it” – but only cheaper. - The gardens can be called gardens again and there is no need for a separate gardener. - The pool is clean and an excellent state. This all only works together with governed expertise, vision and competence and you have it - each in its field. The result of all this is that just the administration and support on site for guests is always evaluated with the highest score. This is exactly what needed to be achieved. Many can rent but the internalization of the service concept is what the guest wants to see and where he feels understood.
